| For the love of cauliflower | 
- Cauliflower, cut into florets - 2 cups
 - Carrot, cut into thin strips - 1 cup
 - Firm tofu, cubed - 1
 - Ginger, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
 - Vegetarian seasoning powder - 1 tsp
 - White pepper powder - a dash
 - Salt - to taste
 
METHOD
- Place the cauliflowers in a pan, fill in water with a tsp of salt. Bring it to boil. Strain in a colander and wash it under running water till all the raw smell is gone. Keep aside.
 - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Stir-fry the cubed tofu and keep aside.
 - In the same pan, add the ginger and fry. Add a little oil if you need.
 - Add the carrot and stir.
 - Add cauliflower, stir, add a little water, cover and let it cook.
 - When its 3/4 cooked, add the fried tofu.
 - Add seasoning powder, salt and white pepper.
 - Remove and serve immediately.
